Engagement Rate Calculator is an independent, browser-based tool. You enter likes, comments, and followers, reach, or views to calculate a percentage. We do not require an account or an Instagram connection.
02 / Information you enter
The figures you type are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. They are not transmitted to our application server, stored in our database, or associated with a profile. We do not ask for Instagram usernames, passwords, or access tokens.
03 / Information your browser and host may process
As with most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure may handle your IP address, request time, browser and device information, and security or access logs to deliver the pages, detect abuse, and maintain availability. These technical records are separate from the engagement values you enter. Their retention is determined by the infrastructure provider and applicable settings.

Our pages may link to Glimpioo and Peekviewer. Following those links opens independent third-party websites governed by their own privacy and cookie practices. These links do not automatically send your calculator inputs to the linked sites.
06 / Data sharing and transfers
We do not sell calculator input data or share it with partners because this application does not receive it. Technical request data may be handled by the infrastructure provider to operate and secure the website.
07 / Your choices and security
You can leave fields blank, reset the calculator, decline all nonessential cookies, or clear your browser storage. While we design the calculator to avoid collecting entered metrics, browser and network security risks cannot be eliminated entirely.
08 / Children and changes
This calculator is a general educational utility and is not designed to collect information about children. If we add analytics, accounts, contact forms, or other data-processing features, we will update this policy and request any required consent before enabling nonessential cookies.
